How to send in your device

This is the best way to get a device to us

Once you have placed your order online you will receive an email confirmation with an order number. This will also contain instructions on posting your device to us.

 *IMPORTANT*

Please package your device securely and safely. 

We recommend using bubble wrap and a large letter sized box or padded bag. 

Please include a print out of the order confirmation or alternatively, write down your order number and full name.  

 We do not require any charging cables or sim cards. 

Please avoid sending your phone in its original  box

We recommend using Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For as this will ensure we receive your device the next working day.
 
As soon as your device is repaired we will post it back to you using you’re the default shipping method. You will receive an email update with tracking information.
 
If you would like to contact us at any point during your repair, feel free to do so quoting your order number (#).
